Why 90 minutes? Why not 30 or 60?

Thirty isn't enough to confirm a diagnosis and produce something written. Sixty rushes the math. Ninety lets us do the work properly without padding. After three hundred-plus of these sessions, ninety is the right length.

What's the difference between a Scan and a Blueprint?

The Scan is a focused diagnosis: one Scenario, one math equation, one first move, one page. The Blueprint is a complete strategic build: customer avatar work, brand archetype, competitor analysis, customer journey mapping, a full 90-day action plan, all nine sections of the Leadstra Growth Architecture. The Scan answers "what's broken." The Blueprint answers "what's the whole system look like." Most people start with the Scan and decide whether the Blueprint is right from there.

What if I haven't taken the Marketing Scorecard yet?

Will you try to sell me on LeadstraOS Momentum during the Scan?

No. The Scan is a diagnosis. At the end I'll tell you what the first move is. If that first move is something you can implement yourself or with an existing team, great — that's the right answer for you. If it's something Leadstra is set up to build (or co-build), I'll tell you what that looks like and what it costs. You decide if and when. No pressure tactics inside the session. That isn't how the brand works.

What if I'm not a fit during the call?
